Mexican Hot Wings with Roasted Salsa
Arrange chicken wings on a rack on a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake in a 400°F (200°C) oven for 20 minutes. Turn and bake until juices run clear when the chicken is pierced (about 15 minutes.) Bake Broil wings 1 to 2 minutes per side, turning once, until crisp and browned. Serve with Red Kick or Green Kick salsa. Delicious!
