Enchiladas (1 serving)

Enchiladas

Ingredients.-

-Green Kick HOT salsa

-3 tortillas

-2 crumbled chicken breasts (you can replace the chicken with scrambled eggs or any meat you'd like)

-Sour cream

-Chopped onion

-Feta cheese (or cheese of your choince)

-Beans (any type of beans you prefer)

 

Step 1.-Fry chicken

Step2.-In another pan,warm up the Green Kick HOT salsa.

Step 3.-Lightly fry the tortillas

Step 4.-Extend the fried tortillas in a plate, put the chicken in the middle of each tortilla and fold the tortillas in half.

Step 5.-On top of the tortillas pour desired amount of sour cream,onion,Green Kick Hot salsa,cheese and then beans on the side.

Pizza with a KICK!

Pizzas

 From left to right.-

*Turkey,onion,tomato and Red Kick MILD salsa.

*Pizza salami,Onion,green olives and Green Kick HOT salsa.

*Turkey,onion,tomato and Green Kick MILD salsa.

Ingredients.-

-Delicious Kicks salsa (you choice of flavour)                                           -Sliced red onion

-Pizza crust                                                                                                       -Small red tomatoes

-Turkey (cut in small pieces)                                                                        -Sliced green olives

-Pizza salami slices                                                                                         -Mustard

-Mozzarella cheese (we use Saputto light mozzarellissima)

 

Step 1.-Preheat oven to 400 F.

Step 2.-Pour a little bit of mustard on a zig zag shape on top of the pizza crust.

Step 3.-Spread 1 1/2 Tablespoon of Delicious Kicks Salsa on the crust. Spread well so mustard and salsa can be mixed on the crust.

Step 4.-Cut 4 slices of cheese and put them on top of the salsa.

Step 5.-Place the rest of the ingredients on top of the cheese.

Step 6.-Place on the oven for 7 minutes or until desired.

Pasta Sauce (4 servings)

Pasta Sauce

 Ingredients.-

-Green Kick MILD salsa

-Sour Cream

-4 Cups of pasta

-12 Shrimps (pre cooked)

 

 Step 1.-Boil Pasta

Step 2.-In a different pan, fry the shrimps.

Step 3.-Mix 3 Tbsp of sour cream with 2 Tbsp of Green Kick Mild to make the pasta sauce.

Step 4.-Once pasta is cooked, drain water and mix the pasta with the pasta sauce,add salt to taste.

Step 5.-Serve on a plate with 4 shrimps on top and add some Green Kick MILD salsa on top of the shrimps.

Salsa Vinaigrette (on a spinach salad with mango)

Salsa Vinaigrette

Ingredients.- 

-2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

-1 Tablespoon of Red Kick Mild salsa                                                                     

 

Mix well with spinach salad-recipe follows- or with any other mixed salad.

 

Spinach Salad.-

-3 cups of frsh spinach

-1/2 cup of chopped red onion

-1 sliced mango

-1/2 cup of feta cheese

Tartar sauce with a Kick by Julia Rohde

Ingredients.-

  • 1/4 of a 170 ml jar of Green or Red kick salsa
  • 1 cup of mayo
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 1 dash of powdered cumin
  • 1 dash of powdered garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup

Preparation.-

Mix all ingredients and enjoy as.-

  • Dip for shrimps, french fries, brocolli, carrots, etc.
  • Sauce for sea food, chicken wings, etc.
